Our application process includes intensive screening, reference checks and background checks, an in-depth personal interview.

All our caregivers are trained by a registered nurse. We provide ongoing training in dementia care, body mechanics, safety, emergencies, elder abuse, medication, reporting and documentation. Our caregivers go through an extensive, hands on training program.
